positive thursday

This week I have tried REALLY hard to stay positive and smile. And of course I've noticed that it makes a huge difference in my day. The best part might be getting that smile back from the person you smiled out! You should try it!!

Obviously there are times in life when we literally cannot smile, we just can't seem to get the muscles in our face to produce something happy. I know... we have all had those days and they are the pits! The days when we know Satan has a great hold on our hearts, when he knows just what will get us boiling upset. I know that if we are constantly thinking about positive things, believing in our selves, and turning our hearts toward the right, we will be happy. We will be able to accomplish the goals we have for ourselves. The quote below is great and I wish everyone would just believe it:

I challenge you to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! And to know that there is something inside of you that is 'greater than any obstacle". I know you  can do it and so do you!
