a little more workout a little less junk in the trunk

Hello! It's THURSDAY! I absolutely love weeks that start with a day off! Can you have anything better?! Well, I guess I could think of lots of better things but lets stay positive here! I know it's positive Thursday but I'm not feeling inspiration for a specific subject I do however want to tell you my new fun workout playlist!
I've started running! When I was younger all I ever did was play sports so back in middle school and high school I was in shape but you can imagine what five years will do to your body when you don't work out every day.  Okay, now stop imagining it! (: I'm starting slow but, I'm building my way up! I'm pretty excited to reach my goals!

So, here is my workout playlist, please note that all of these songs are the clean version (: ... also, these songs are in no particular order...

What's on your playlist?! 

Last night I ran, for the first time, out of the gym.... like instead of using the elliptical I just ran on the road and let me tell you, I am so out of shape and I realized that just because you can run for a long time in the gym doesn't mean  you can run for a long time on the road! SERIOUSLY! (: I felt like Katniss when she got stung by the tracker jackers... I was starting to hallucinate.

I feel a little embarrassed putting this picture up, but I'm a real person and this is what I looked like after my run... yes, my face is red and I was in the middle of blinking! haha! Back at it again tonight! Wish me Luck!!

AHHH I LOVE YOUR HUNGER GAMES REFERENCE! They are my favorite books ever. Whenever I work out, I just push myself harder so that I am not the first tribute to die. I mean seriously, that would be SO embarrassing. I have a great hilarious post to link you to...lemme go find it! <3
